SELF DEFENSE CLASS
11:00AM - NOON

In this women led class we will discuss safety tips and learn practical self defense techniques in a safe, affirming and empowering space. We will learn a few effective strikes (practicing on pads) and work on a few grab defenses with a partner. Come with a friend, with your daughter, or on your own. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.

This class is FREE with a suggested donation of $10 that will go to Community Aid Network MN.
